- Robust C/C++ with data structures, multithreading, synchronization, lockfree patterns a plus.
- Deep Linux internals familiarity (process, memory, IPC, timers, epoll, signals).
- Handson with GStreamer pipelines, codecs, DRM flows, and performance tuning.
- Practical Thunder/IPC service design and debugging.
- Proven ability to land features and resolve highseverity production issues.

- Exposure to SoC SDKs (Broadcom, Amlogic, MediaTek, etc.), hardware acceleration, secure video path.
- Observability pipelines (structured logging, metrics, tracing) and crash analytics.
- RDK OSS contributions or upstream experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/EE/CE or equivalent practical experience.
