Role & responsibilities
Manage import ordering and ensure on-time material availability; coordinate with international suppliers and freight forwarders;
manage import documentation and customs compliance;
optimize vehicle and container planning;
monitor vendor performance and supplier OTD;
optimize inventory and safety stock;
reconcile GRNs;
manage local steel sourcing;
track KPIs and prepare Power BI reports;
forecast material requirements;
prevent production line stoppages;
ensure inventory control and SOD compliance.
Preferred candidate profile
Import Procurement, International Trade, Incoterms,
Customs Regulations, HR/CR/SS/MS/GI Sourcing,
Supplier Management, Cost Optimization, Vendor Development,
Power BI, Procurement KPIs, Freight Forwarding, Inventory & OTD Management,
Kanban/JIT, Import Ordering, SOD Compliance, Vehicle & Container Planning, Safety Stock Monitoring and GRN Reconciliation
