Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in the construction industry to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, client visits, and industry references.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, developers, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with prospective clients, negotiate commercial terms, and support order finalization.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects.
- Maintain a database of prospects, client interactions, sales pipelines, and business development activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Coordinate with project, estimation, and technical teams to ensure effective client communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Experience dealing with builders, contractors, developers, infrastructure companies, or project consultants.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
