Are you an analytical professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for working with global stakeholders? We are looking for Business Reporting Analysts to join our team in Noida and play a key role in managing multinational client reporting and reinsurance operations.

Location: Noida

Shift: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Generate, prepare, and analyze annual, quarterly, weekly, and ad hoc reports

Coordinate with global offices to gather information for multinational client reporting

Manage reporting processes while ensuring agreed timelines and service commitments are met

Maintain and track reinsurance documentation for pooling and captive clients

Prepare financial bordereaux for various pooling and captive arrangements

Collaborate with local offices and partner companies to collect and validate financial information





Perform quarterly settlements with members and captive clients

Support process improvement initiatives focused on reporting standardization, efficiency, and quality

What We're Looking For:

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management abilities

Experience in financial reporting, insurance/reinsurance operations, or data analysis is preferred

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced global environment
