Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage business programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes through effective change management practices.
- Ensure program governance by monitoring progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on program status to stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 6-18 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Business Program Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of MSP (Management Services Provider) model and its application in an IT workplace.
- Excellent communication protocols for managing vendors effectively as a Vendor Manager.
