Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with internal teams and monitor task completion.
- Plan, organise, and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
- Handle team coordination and resolve operational issues.
- Track progress, prepare reports, and update management.
- Ensure effective communication across departments.
- Monitor performance and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant managerial experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
- A proactive, professional, and result-oriented approach.
