Responsible for implementing and managing Trade1 software across sales and operations, ensuring accurate data entry, order processing, billing, customer and salesman master updates, and report generation. Coordinate with sales, billing, accounts, and operations teams, provide software training to employees, resolve system-related issues with the support team, and monitor daily transactions to ensure smooth operations, data accuracy, and timely reporting.
