Mindset is currently looking for a Business Operations Associate to assist our current

Head of Operation and the Managing Director in ensuring smooth running of Mindset in India, to ensure compliance and extraordinary employee experience.

Roles and Responsibilities The person will have the drive for sharp focus and flawless execution to help drive employee engagement and assist the operations executive to achieve a very high Employee Net Promoter Score. You will also ensure compliance in line with government regulations and Mindset policies. Like our operations executive, we would love you to be passionate about employee welfare and experience while keeping a strong eye on the KPIs and results.

You should also be driven to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across various functions

Finance and Administration

- Manage day-to-day Finance Operations tasks.
- Assisting accounting and payroll as needed.
- Provide operational support to other functions including, Bookkeeping,
- Compliance, Accounts reconciliations and accounting teams.
- Preparing payments, settlements as well as managing banking relationships.
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Good understanding of key financial concepts, ability to formulate budgets and Financial models.
- Tracking daily operations and reporting or resolving issues.

Operations

- Drive new business processes and improve current processes.
- Execute operational and planning processes, task completion, team collaboration.
- Ideate, plan and oversee implementation of new ideas and business critical projects.
- Support and help drive setup of business expansion plans.
- Take ownership of internal and external enquiries and provide fast and professional resolution.
- Assist HR in making the employee experience excellent from New Hire onboarding until exit.
- Working with managers and employees to implement changes.

Procurement

- Vendor Relationship and Management, Account Management
- Monitoring inventory and place supply orders ensuring timely availability to stakeholders.

Systems / IT Asset Management:

- Keep track of Mindset systems




- Maintain company databases including Netsuite, Bamboo HR and other HR Systems.

Compliance Assist Operations Executive to communicate status, plans, and vision with clarity and purpose, be it monthly/quarterly meetings, investor updates, board letters, sales materials, product training materials, etc

Supporting the operations team with the enforcement of company policies and standards.

Qualifications

- Ideally master's in business administration (MBA) or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Finance or general management focus would be an added advantage
- Strong proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office suite especially sheets / excel and well as PowerPoint Presentation.

Skills Demonstrated ability to be entrepreneurial and a self-starter. A high degree of KPI mindset and a passion for dashboards to help management drive decisions

Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Thrive in a team-oriented environment providing support and resolution to enhance employee experience.

Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.

Ability to learn and adapt to change.
