HIRING – BUSINESS OPERATIONS LEAD
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 3–10 Years
Salary: ₹8–10 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day business operations & coordination
- Coordinate between Sales, Accounts, Finance, HR, Admin, Marketing & other departments
- Ensure timely follow-ups and task completion
- Monitor employee discipline, attendance & qualified behaviour
- Identify operational issues and drive quick resolution
- Coordinate with employees, customers & management
- Track pending tasks, priorities & operational updates
- Support management in implementing processes and decisions
