- Manage or escalate issues and queries connected to the data collection and processing process, quickly, accurately, and professionally.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal support groups.
- Maintain documentation of the processes related to Report creation and analysis.
- Identify opportunities to automate and enhance reports and business processes using ChatGPT and other authorized applications.

- Experience in building analysis and dashboards in Excel or other BI tool – Essential

- Knowledge of SQL and experience of running SQL queries in SQL developer – Good to have.
