ABOUT THE ROLE

Vision Properties is looking for ambitious, target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing real-estate sales team.

The role involves generating leads, meeting prospective customers, conducting property/site visits, presenting investment opportunities, negotiating with clients, and converting qualified prospects into successful bookings.

This is a performance-oriented opportunity for individuals who want to build a serious career in real-estate sales and have the potential to earn significantly through incentives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate and develop new customer leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, references and field activities.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and investment objectives.
- Present Vision Properties' residential and commercial projects professionally.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
- Build long-term relationships with investors, business owners and property buyers.
- Handle negotiations and coordinate with the management team to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings and conversions.
- Participate in property events, campaigns, exhibitions and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on project details, pricing, location advantages and market developments.
- Convert enquiries into bookings through professional communication and relationship management.

- Ability to communicate effectively in Tamil and English.

- Previous experience in real estate, banking, automobile, insurance, finance or other sales industries will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

COMPENSATION Monthly Earning Potential: ₹40,000 – ₹2,00,000+
