Role Description The Business Intelligence Architect role at SCIKIQ is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end BI architectures, including data models, data warehouses, and dashboards that support scalable AI and analytics initiatives on the SCIKIQ platform.

The Business Intelligence

Architect will work closely with data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust BI solutions, define data standards, and optimize performance across reporting and analytics environments.



Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and maintaining logical and physical data models, guiding ETL workflows, ensuring data quality and consistency, and aligning BI solutions with enterprise data governance and AI readiness objectives. The role also involves evaluating new tools and techniques, contributing to best practices, and supporting strategic decision-making through reliable, insight-driven data structures.

Qualifications

- Strong data architecture skills, including experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance BI and analytics architectures.
- Hands-on expertise in data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical) to support reporting, analytics, and AI-driven use cases.
- Proficiency in data warehousing concepts and implementation, including star/snowflake schemas and modern cloud data warehouses.
- Experience designing and building dashboards and reports using leading BI tools, with a focus on usability and performance.
- Practical experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools, including workflow design, optimization, and data quality controls.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases; experience with NoSQL or big data platforms is an advantage.
- Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and security best practices in enterprise environments.
- Experience working with AI, analytics, or data platforms in domains such as BFSI, Telecom, Retail, or Public Sector is beneficial.
