- Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor Power BI dashboards and coordinate with external consultants/vendors for day-to-day issues, enhancements, and troubleshooting.

- Work closely with the Finance & Accounts team to prepare MIS reports, analytical reports, and management dashboards.

- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of periodic management reports and dashboards.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful reports.

- Support the Finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of related data and reports.

- Maintain consistency and reliability of data used across MIS reports and Power BI dashboards.

- Independently manage regular reporting activities and support management with ad-hoc analysis whenever required.

- Coordinate with relevant teams to continuously improve reporting processes and reduce manual reporting efforts.





- Required Skills & Experience

- 810 years of overall experience, with relevant exposure to MIS, Business Intelligence, financial reporting, or management reporting.

- Strong working knowledge of Power BI, including dashboards, data models, reports, and visualisations.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, lookups, data analysis, and report preparation.

- Good understanding of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and MIS concepts.

- Ability to independently manage recurring MIS and reporting activities.

- Robust attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and reporting timelines.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
