Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Head — Performance Marketing to own revenue, delivery quality, and team performance. You will lead the performance marketing team, own P&L; targets, and partner with Growth, Marketing, and Operations leaders to drive client success and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Revenue & P&L; Ownership: Own revenue targets, margins, pricing, and financial reporting.

- Team Leadership: Lead and train the performance marketing team, review campaign execution, and ensure target KPIs are met.

- Pitching & Client Strategy: Lead high-stakes client pitches, own key account relationships, and resolve senior escalations.

- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Growth (sales pipeline),



Marketing (lead generation & pitch collateral), and Operations (SOPs & resourcing) to streamline delivery.

Requirements

- Proven experience in a senior Performance Marketing leadership role within an agency.

- Strong track record of P&L; management, team leading, and client retention.

- Deep hands-on expertise in paid channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, ROI/ROAS optimization).

- Excellent pitch, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
