About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Head to lead and grow the Traffic Division as an end-to-end P&L; business. The division provides traffic enforcement, surveillance and smart infrastructure solutions for government, highway, municipal and infrastructure customers.

Candidates from traffic technology, electronics, electrical equipment, industrial products, infrastructure technology or allied B2B/B2G businesses are welcome. Direct traffic-domain experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the division's complete P&L;, including revenue, margins, costs and profitability.
- Drive sales and business development across government, infrastructure, highways, smart cities and municipal projects.
- Manage business operations, manufacturing coordination, supply chain, project execution and after-sales service.
- Lead sales, presales, project management and operations teams.
- Develop and execute growth strategies for India and selected international markets.
- Build relationships with government bodies, highway authorities, traffic police, municipal corporations and infrastructure stakeholders.
- Oversee government tenders, bidding, contracts and large project opportunities.
- Collaborate with product,



R&D; and technology teams to improve product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and certifications.
- Drive business growth, customer satisfaction and long-term profitability.

Required Experience and Skills

- 15+ years of overall professional experience.
- At least 5 years of team leadership experience.
- At least 3 years of direct P&L; ownership.
- Senior leadership experience as Business Head, COO, Head of Sales or Head of Business Development.
- Robust background in electronics, electricals, industrial products, infrastructure technology or related B2B/B2G businesses.
- Proven success in sales growth, business development and profitability management.
- Experience handling government customers, infrastructure projects and complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong leadership, commercial, strategic planning and negotiation skills.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Preferred: Experience with traffic enforcement, ANPR, speed cameras, CCTV, VMS, smart cities, highway systems or government infrastructure tenders.
