Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as Business Growth Associates in the Voice Process – Personal Loan Sales department.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain personal loan products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan options.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with the team to achieve business goals.

Eligibility Criteria




- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil are preferred.
- Basic customer handling and convincing skills.
- Candidates must be target-oriented and willing to learn.
