We are looking for a Business Finance Analyst to join our corporate team in Bangalore. If you have strong financial analytical skills and a passion for business performance, profitability, and data-driven decision-making, we would love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse business performance across stores, brands, locations, and business units, focusing on profitability and unit economics.
- Track P&L;, revenue, COGS, gross margins, operating costs, and EBITDA.
- Develop financial models, budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- Monitor key business metrics, identify performance gaps, and drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and other teams to improve business performance.




- Build dashboards and automate reporting using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Provide actionable financial and operational insights to support management decisions.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 3–8 years in Business Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), or Business Analytics.
- Candidates from QSR, Restaurants, Hospitality, or the Food & Beverage (F&B;) industry are preferred.
- Strong understanding of P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL and Power BI is preferred.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
