About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Trainee to join our sales team at our Noida Sector 62 office. This is a target-driven, hands-on role where you will engage directly with prospects and clients, generate leads, and help convert opportunities into business. It is an excellent starting point for anyone who wants to build a career in sales and business development.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make cold calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services.
- Carry out lead generation by identifying, researching, and qualifying potential clients.
- Handle client calling and follow-ups to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, and messages to build new business relationships.
- Pitch offerings, handle objections, and close sales to meet assigned targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the tracking system.




- Stay target driven by consistently working towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Take up all other sales-related responsibilities as assigned by the team.

- Graduate from any discipline, with an inclination towards the sales field.
- Outspoken and confident, with strong verbal communication skills.
- Well-spoken and presentable, with a professional approach to client interactions.
- Eager to learn and grow, open to feedback and quick to adapt.
- Passionate about sales and comfortable working towards targets.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and resilient in the face of rejection.
