Job Description: Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth for ETP, STP, and APCD solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, managing key accounts, and expanding the company's market presence in the water treatment and air pollution control sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ETP, STP, and APCD projects.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients, consultants, and key decision-makers.
- Generate leads, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and coordinate with technical teams.
- Identify new markets, industries, and potential business segments.
- Manage key accounts and develop long-term client relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.

Requirements:





- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development or B2B industrial sales.
- Knowledge of ETP, STP, APCD, and industrial environmental solutions.
- Robust communication, negotiation, leadership, and client-management skills.
- Ability to develop business networks and travel for client meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/reporting tools.

Preferred Skills:

- Established network in industrial, manufacturing, and environmental sectors.
- Experience in handling large industrial clients and project-based sales.
- Strong techno-commercial knowledge and business development capabilities.
