Business Development Property Acquisition

- Identify suitable commercial retail properties for opening new Lenskart stores within the assigned region.

- Manage retail property searches and coordinate with key stakeholders such as property developers, landlords, project consultants, and property brokers.

- Conduct detailed location and catchment analysis for new store locations.

- Lead negotiations for rentals, landlord scope of work, and final property acquisition terms.

- Coordinate legal due diligence and oversee all documentation required for signing and acquiring recent properties.

- Collaborate with internal teams across departments to ensure seamless execution up to store launch.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of growth opportunities, including both organic expansion and acquisitions.





Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of industry experience; willingness to travel is mandatory.

- Any graduate degree.

- Strong negotiation skills and the right attitude with an entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset.

- High level of commitment and passion for results.

- Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills.

- High personal integrity and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic team environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
