About the Role

Corizo, an edtech platform offering internships, skilled training, career guidance, and mentorship, is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Associates to join its team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, engage, and qualify potential leads through various platforms.

- Counsel students and guide them about relevant training programs and offerings.

- Convert leads into customers through consultative selling and relationship building.

- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and outreach strategies.

- Support business development, market research, and brand visibility initiatives.

- Maintain positive relationships with prospects and existing clients.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills, preferably in English.

- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure.

- Quick learner with good attention to detail.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
