? Industry: Corrugated Packaging | Industrial Packaging | Export Packaging

? Experience: 5–10+ years preferred

We are planning to establish a B2B industrial packaging manufacturing business in Unnao, Uttar Pradesh, initially serving footwear, leather, export and other manufacturing industries.

We are looking for an experienced packaging industry qualified who can help us develop the business from the planning stage through to manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and identify potential B2B customers.
- Visit packaging manufacturers, suppliers and industrial customers.
- Understand customer requirements, pricing and market demand.
- Identify suitable packaging products and profitable business opportunities.
- Evaluate raw-material suppliers, machinery and production requirements.
- Assist in factory planning, cost estimation and business development.




- Develop customer relationships and opportunities for long-term supply contracts.

Ideal Candidate:

- 5–10+ years of experience in corrugated boxes, printed cartons or industrial packaging.
- Strong understanding of the Kanpur/Unnao industrial market.
- Experience in B2B sales, business development or packaging operations.
- Knowledge of packaging manufacturing processes, materials and costing.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to establishing a new manufacturing business.
