Job Type: Full-time | Completely Field-Based

Job Purpose To maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, develop new customer accounts, and increase sales within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Regularly visit and manage existing customers to maintain strong business relationships.
- Identify and acquire new customers to expand the customer base.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate sales opportunities and increase sales from both existing and new customers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
- Monitor market developments and identify opportunities to expand business.
- Coordinate with the branch team to ensure effective customer service and business growth.
- Achieve the assigned sales and customer development goals.





Candidate Requirements

- Experience or interest in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel and conduct regular field visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence, as required for the role.
- Experience in FMCG, distribution, building materials, furniture, furnishing, or related industries will be an advantage.
