Role Description

This is a remote Business Development & Marketing Internship role. The intern will support lead generation efforts by identifying potential corporate and workspace partners, assisting with outreach campaigns, and maintaining prospect databases.

Responsibilities include contributing to market research on hybrid work trends and competitor offerings, preparing summary reports, and supporting the creation of marketing materials for digital channels. The intern will help respond to partner and user inquiries, assist with customer service tasks,



and collaborate with the business development and marketing teams on initiatives to grow Deskimo’s presence in key markets. This internship offers exposure to a fast-growing startup environment and the opportunity to learn how business development and marketing drive adoption of hybrid work solutions.

Qualifications

- Robust analytical skills to interpret market data, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to support lead generation activities, such as identifying prospects and assisting with outreach.
- Competence in market research, including gathering and synthesizing information on industry trends and competitors.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and support a positive user experience.
- Interest in business development, marketing, and the future of work, especially hybrid work models.
- Comfort working remotely, with good time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with CRM or marketing tools is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
