POSITION – Business Development Officer

REPORTING TO – Head of Admissions

POSITION SUMMARY The Business Development Officer drives school campus enrolment by generating qualified enquiries through catchment mapping, feeder-school partnerships, corporate/community tie-ups and field outreach. The role also owns partnership management, including MOU execution, negotiations, strengthening relationships, renewals and minimizing partner withdrawals. Qualified enquiries are handed to the Admissions Counselling team for conversion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Map the catchment and identify potential feeder schools, preschools, corporates and community networks.
- Build and maintain partnerships with preschools, feeder schools, corporates and resident communities.
- Negotiate and facilitate execution of MOUs and partnership deals within approved guidelines.
- Strengthen existing partnerships and proactively drive timely renewals.
- Address partner concerns and minimise partnership withdrawals.
- Generate enquiries through field outreach, events, activations and parent workshops.
- Execute BTL activities with the Marketing team.




- Track leads, partnerships, MOUs, renewals and outcomes; report weekly to the Head of Admissions.
