About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic, creative and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Specialist to strengthen PFEC Global's presence in Pune, India.

This exciting role combines business development, institutional partnerships, student engagement, digital marketing and content creation. You will connect with schools, colleges, universities, coaching centres and student communities while helping develop engaging, locally relevant marketing content.

Major ResponsibilitiesA. Business Development & Student Engagement

- Visit schools, colleges, universities, IELTS/PTE coaching centres and other educational institutions to introduce PFEC Global and develop business relationships.
- Build and maintain strong connections with student communities, educational institutions, clubs and youth networks across Pune.
- Identify potential institutional partnerships, referral opportunities and student lead-generation channels.
- Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, campus activities, student engagement programs and promotional events.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with institutional partners and prospective students.
- Monitor local competitors, market trends and student preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Support business development initiatives to increase PFEC Global's brand visibility and student enquiries in Pune.

B. Digital Marketing & Content Creation

- Support PFEC Global India's day-to-day digital and social media marketing activities.
- Monitor social media trends,



student interests and trending content relevant to Indian students.
- Suggest creative and locally relevant content ideas, campaigns, Instagram Reels and short-form video concepts to the Global Marketing Team.
- Shoot and coordinate Reels, short videos, student interviews, testimonials and other social media content.
- Be confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera when required.
- Coordinate closely with the Global Marketing Team on campaigns, creative designs, digital promotions and marketing activities.
- Help ensure PFEC Global's marketing content is engaging, locally relevant and appealing to students in Pune and surrounding areas.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, marketing, institutional partnerships, digital marketing or content creation.
- Solid interpersonal, communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
- Outgoing, confident and comfortable meeting new people and representing the organization.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and current Indian social media trends.
- Creative mindset with an interest in digital marketing, video production and content creation.
- Comfortable shooting short videos and appearing on camera.
- Fluency in Marathi and Hindi, with valuable working proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel across Pune and nearby areas for institutional visits, meetings and promotional events.
- Experience in the international education, study abroad, EdTech or education consultancy industry will be an added advantage.
