WE’RE HIRING | Business Development Manager – Recruitment & Client Acquisition

Talent Search Management Consulting (TSMC) is looking for an experienced Business Development skilled to drive client acquisition and business growth.

TSMC specialises in leadership and mid-management hiring across manufacturing, engineering, automotive, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and FMCG.

Experience: 8–12 years

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new corporate clients and generate recruitment mandates.
- Build relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition leaders and business decision-makers.
- Identify business opportunities and convert prospects into active clients.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Drive client meetings, proposals, follow-ups and business closures.




- Build long-term corporate partnerships and expand TSMC's client network.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in recruitment, staffing, executive search or recruitment consulting is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in B2B client acquisition and business development.
- Established understanding of corporate hiring requirements and recruitment services.
- Strong networking, communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable business results.
