About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Managers to join our growing team across India.

The role involves field sales, customer development, new business generation, and relationship management with industrial customers. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing existing accounts, and converting leads into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the assigned region.
- Conduct regular customer visits, meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Generate and follow up on leads, enquiries, RFQs, and quotations.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal technical/sales support team for suitable solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with OEMs, machine builders, system integrators, and industrial end users.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer/opportunity information in CRM.




- Work closely with principals, internal teams to develop new applications and projects.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory for customer visits.

Preferred Experience

- 1 to 4 years of experience in B2B industrial sales / business development.
- Experience in industrial automation, electrical, electronics, motion control, sensors, encoders, motors, or engineering products will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of industrial customers and applications.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with field sales and frequent customer visits.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Engineering / Diploma qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields is preferred.
- MBA in Marketing would be an added advantage.
