The Big Daddy Events is looking for two dynamic and result-oriented candidates for the position of Business Development & Client Relations Executive with 1-3 years of experience in relevant field.

The candidate will act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for assigned projects and represent the company while interacting with clients, hotels, resorts, corporate houses, government departments, venues, vendors, and other business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage client communication, coordination, follow-ups, and project-related discussions from initiation to execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, resorts, luxury properties, corporate clients, and business partners.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across weddings, corporate events, government projects, luxury events, and MICE.
- Conduct client meetings, property visits, presentations, and business development activities.
- Explore new markets, potential clients, venues, and opportunities for business expansion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely communication.
- Maintain a database of clients, leads, venues, and business partners.
- Track leads, meetings,



follow-ups, conversions, and business development activities.
- Develop existing client relationships to generate repeat business, referrals, and additional revenue.
- Represent The Big Daddy Events professionally at networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and industry meetings.

Candidate Requirements:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and business development abilities.
- A confident, professional, and target-oriented approach.
- Valuable coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and property visits.
- Experience in sales, business development, hospitality, client servicing, or event management will be preferred.

We are looking for proactive individuals who can build strong business relationships, generate new leads, manage client expectations, and contribute to the growth of The Big Daddy Events. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
