A Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, acquiring customers, building client relationships, and achieving revenue growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, negotiation, sales planning, and coordination with internal teams to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, field sales, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Research market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Manage the sales pipeline and monitor conversion rates.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations,



and customer service teams.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business plans.
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve business targets, where applicable.
