Role: Business Development Manager (BDM) Background Verification (BGV)
- Identify and acquire current clients across industries for background verification services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and other business development channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR heads, and talent acquisition teams.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for client acquisition, billing, and revenue growth.
