Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with more than 2 years of relevant experience in the interior design, home décor, or interiors industry to drive B2B sales, acquire clients, and build strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent business opportunities across residential, hospitality, and commercial segments.

- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and hospitality brands.

- Manage lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.

- Identify market trends and develop strategies to grow the client base.

- Coordinate with design and production teams to fulfil client requirements.

- Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and performance reports.

Requirements





- Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development or sales within the interior design, home décor, or interiors industry is mandatory.

- Strong B2B sales, networking, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Proven ability to acquire clients and manage long-term relationships.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic productivity software.

- Interest in art, craftsmanship, and customised décor solutions.

- Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and travel for client meetings.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field preferred.
