About Policy Care India

Policy Care India is a dedicated Pan-India platform providing support and assistance for customers' existing insurance policies. We help customers manage policy records, premium reminders, documentation, nominee updates, and claim-process guidance. We do not sell insurance policies.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calling, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Connect with potential customers and explain the company's services.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly registration targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into registrations.
- Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and completed registrations.
- Explore new markets and expand the customer base across India.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience:



Ex-insurance employees and candidates with insurance-sector experience are preferred.
- Freshers may also apply.
- Good communication, client-handling, and convincing skills.
- Ability to achieve business and registration targets.
