About the Role

We are looking for two experienced Business Development Managers to bring in new business for our Digital Marketing and Creative Agency services. You will own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business for Digital Marketing and Creative Agency services.
- Sell SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Branding, UI/UX, Content and Creative Solutions.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Generate leads through outbound calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, events and partnerships.
- Conduct discovery calls, understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations and commercials, and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with the technical, delivery and pre-sales teams for customized solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.




- Build long-term client relationships and drive upselling and cross-selling.
- Achieve lead generation, meeting, revenue and closure targets.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a Digital Marketing or Creative Agency.
- Hands-on experience managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Proven ability to independently generate opportunities and convert them into revenue.
- Strong skills in prospecting, qualification, proposal management, negotiation and contract closure.
- Positive understanding of digital marketing services and branding.
- Weekend availability is mandatory.

Preferred
- International client exposure.
- Experience selling Digital Marketing or Creative Agency services. Candidates from general IT or software sales will be lower priority.
