Customer Support & Operations Executive (Work From Home)

## Working Hours

Monday to Saturday

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

## Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per Month

Incentive: ₹10,000 per Month on achieving ₹15 Lakh Monthly Sales

Additional performance bonus for top performers.

## Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries
- Process current orders from website and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with customers regarding payments and dispatch
- Manage courier bookings, tracking, delivery updates and RTO cases
- Follow up with existing customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain order records and daily reports
- Coordinate with management regarding orders and operations

## Requirements

✅ Laptop/Desktop Mandatory

✅ Stable Internet Connection





✅ Smartphone with WhatsApp Business

✅ Good Hindi Communication

✅ Basic English Communication

✅ Experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Sales, Logistics or Ecommerce Preferred

✅ Self-disciplined and responsible candidate

✅ Long-term work commitment required
