About AMBR Homes

AMBR Homes is a real estate development company based in Greater Noida West, focused primarily on low-rise residential developments.

Our current portfolio includes AMBR Aspire, AMBR Amore and AMBR Magnolia, with AMBR Amore completed and AMBR Aspire and AMBR Magnolia currently under development.

We are now building a dedicated Investment & Capital Partnerships function to connect AMBR with qualified investors, HNIs, business owners and other potential capital partners for our upcoming real-estate development opportunities.

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Investment & Capital Partnerships who can build relationships and generate qualified investment opportunities for AMBR.

This is not a conventional property-sales role.

You will be responsible for identifying potential investors, building a strong investor network, presenting AMBR's real-estate financing opportunities, handling investor conversations, negotiating commercial terms within approved guidelines, and taking qualified prospects through the investment process.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with business owners, HNIs, senior professionals, banking contacts, investors and decision-makers.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously worked in banks, NBFCs, financial services, wealth management, loan sales, relationship management, corporate banking, investment products or financial sales.

What You Will Do

- Build and maintain a strong network of potential investors, HNIs, business owners and financial professionals.
- Identify and generate qualified investment leads through personal networks, referrals, skilled relationships, events, calling and business development activities.
- Present AMBR Homes, its projects, development track record and investment opportunities to prospective investors.
- Clearly explain investment structures, expected returns, tenure, project economics, security mechanisms and associated risks using company-approved material.
- Conduct investor meetings and presentations both online and offline.
- Build relationships with potential investors rather than focusing only on one-time transactions.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the complete investment journey.
- Coordinate with management, finance and legal teams during investor due diligence and documentation.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and track every lead through CRM/Excel.
- Develop new investor acquisition channels and referral networks.

- Identify potential relationships with business owners, CAs, financial professionals, wealth managers and other relevant networks.
- Negotiate within approved commercial guidelines and work toward closing investment commitments.
- Maintain regular communication with existing investors and help build long-term investor relationships.
- Generate referrals from existing investors and professional contacts.
- Provide management with regular reports on pipeline, meetings, prospects, expected commitments and conversion.
- Represent AMBR professionally in investor meetings, networking events and business discussions.
