Hiring: Business Development Manager – Branding & Growth

Scope of Work

- Strategic Prospecting: Identify, map, and pursue business opportunities across FMCG, retail, real estate, and consumer brands.
- Discovery & Credential Presentations: Lead initial discovery calls and present agency capabilities, past work, and brand methodologies to prospective clients.
- Pitch & Proposal Facilitation: Collaborate with our Strategy and Creative teams to prepare custom pitch decks, scope documents, and RFPs.
- Commercial Closing: Define deliverables, project timelines, retainers, and contracts, guiding prospects smoothly through negotiation to deal closure.
- Account Handover:



Ensure seamless transition from pitch closure to internal client servicing and creative teams.

What We Are Looking For

- 2- 4 years of proven business development experience within a creative, branding, or digital advertising agency.
- Working knowledge of brand development, go-to-market strategy, and digital marketing ecosystems (including paid performance, content strategy, and lead generation).
- Confident presentation, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Track record of building qualified pipelines and closing brand projects or retainers.
