Key responsibilities include:

- Research and identify decision-makers such as CMOs, Brand Heads and Marketing Managers
- Build targeted B2B lead lists using LinkedIn, Apollo.io and industry databases
- Validate prospect information and maintain accurate lead data
- Execute outbound campaigns through cold calling, email and LinkedIn
- Understand prospect requirements and identify potential business opportunities
- Qualify leads based on campaign fit, requirements and indicative budget
- Book and hand over qualified meetings to the sales team
- Maintain lead activity, follow-ups and pipeline information in CRM
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams on targeting, messaging and campaigns

• Share market and prospect insights to improve lead-generation strategies

What Were Looking For Freshers / Entry-level candidates:

- Strong communication skills
- Excellent English and Hindi communication
- Comfortable with research, calling and outbound communication




- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and Excel/Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn CRM and B2B sales tools
- Genuine interest in Sales, Marketing, AdTech or Media

Candidates with 15 years of experience:

- B2B sales / lead generation / business development experience preferred
- Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io experience is a plus
- Robust communication, persuasion and follow-up skills
