Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Business Development Intern based in Gurugram. The intern will support lead generation activities, including identifying prospective students and partners, managing initial outreach, and updating lead databases.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research on overseas education trends, competitors, and target segments, and preparing concise reports to support strategic decisions. The intern will collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams to improve customer interactions, respond to inquiries,



and ensure a smooth experience for prospective students. The role may also involve assisting in events or webinars, supporting partnerships development, and contributing ideas to optimize business growth initiatives.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights for business growth.
- Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with prospective students and team members.
- Lead generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and nurture potential prospects.
- Market research skills to gather, organize, and present information on competitors, trends, and target markets.
- Customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and maintaining professional relationships.
- Interest in edtech, overseas education, or consulting, with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or lead-tracking tools) is an advantage.
