- Support client outreach and initial communication with prospective customers.
- Assist in making calls, sending emails and following up with prospects.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
- Support marketing and business development activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and communication.
- Track the progress of prospects through different stages of the sales cycle.
