We are looking for a seasoned Business Development professional with a strong and proven track record specifically in Real Estate Business Development, backed by deep knowledge and experience of the Kolkata / West Bengal real estate market.

Location: Kolkata

Compensation: No bar for the right candidate | Around INR 45 LPA | flexible for the right candidate based on experience, business acumen and capability.

Key Responsibilities

- Identifying and evaluating land parcels and redevelopment opportunities across key Kolkata / West Bengal micro-markets.
- Origination of opportunities across JV / JDA, land purchase, redevelopment and strategic development partnerships.
- Assessing market potential, land values, project feasibility, ROI and commercial viability of prospective opportunities.
- Leading negotiations with landowners, investors, developers and strategic partners and structuring commercially viable transactions.
- Working closely with Legal and Technical teams on title due diligence, land clearances and other requirements to progress opportunities towards closure.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landowners,



co-developers, land aggregators, brokers and other key real estate stakeholders.
- Tracking micro-market trends, land pricing, competitor activity, infrastructure developments and regulatory changes to identify emerging opportunities.
- Taking identified opportunities through evaluation, negotiation and finalisation in close coordination with Management.

Who Were Looking For

We are looking for a professional who brings:

10–15+ years of relevant Real Estate Business Development experience, preferably with a reputed developer / real estate company.

Deep and demonstrable Kolkata / West Bengal real estate market expertise.

Robust business acumen, commercial judgement and negotiation capability.

Proven ability to independently originate and develop real estate business opportunities.

A strong HNI / UHNI and industry network across the real estate ecosystem.

An entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with the ability to take end-to-end ownership of business opportunities.
