Role & Responsibilities

- Identify, qualify, and engage new B2B prospects across industries using LinkedIn, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and position Mindtel’s solutions as tailored business enablers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead scoring models.
- Manage end-to-end sales pipeline in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce),



ensuring accurate forecasting and follow-up discipline.
- Close pilot projects and initial contracts; upsell and cross-sell based on client success metrics.
- Represent the brand at industry events, webinars, and partner meetups to expand Mindtel’s footprint.
