About us

Kalawati Steels is a 35-year-old steel and building material business in Varanasi, with a head office near DLW, a retail showroom and branches at Bachhaon and Chunar. The group also runs Kartik Steels TMT distribution across Eastern UP.

Work location: Head Office, Varanasi, with travel across Varanasi and nearby districts. Full time, 6 days a week.

What you will do

1. Build current B2B accounts: builders, contractors, government and private projects, dealers and retailers.
2. Find and track upcoming projects, meet decision makers, and prepare and negotiate quotations.
3. Grow the dealer and retailer network around Varanasi and nearby districts.
4. Plan monthly business targets with the management and report weekly.
5. Coordinate with accounts on credit limits and payment collection.
6. Keep a clean pipeline in the CRM or Google Sheets.

Who we want
1. Proven B2B sales or business development record, building material or industrial products preferred.
2. Can show accounts or projects they personally brought in.
3. Own two-wheeler and ready to travel.
4. Lives in Varanasi.
