? WHAT YOU’LL OWN

? New Business & Client Acquisition

- Identify and target high-potential Enterprise, GCC/GIC & Start-up clients.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through LinkedIn, networking, cold calling, referrals & other channels .
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends and client needs.
- Create compelling proposals and pitches that showcase the value of our HR & Recruitment solutions .

? Client & Partnership Management

- Build relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Talent Leaders & key decision-makers .
- Convert prospects into long-term clients and strategic accounts.
- Develop partnerships that expand our market reach and business opportunities.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations and contract closures.

? Revenue & Business Growth





- Take ownership of business development targets and revenue generation .
- Partner closely with our recruitment team to ensure seamless execution from client acquisition → hiring → closure .
- Track sales KPIs, analyse performance and continuously improve conversion strategies.

? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR ✔️ Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing

✔️ 2–5 years of experience in B2B Business Development / Client Acquisition

✔️ Experience working with Enterprise, GCC/GIC or Start-up clients

✔️ Exposure to service / solution selling

✔️ Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships and drive revenue

✔️ Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills

✔️ Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment

✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

✔️ Working knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools is an advantage
