NextGen Travel is looking for a dynamic, motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our travel and tourism business. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills, with a passion for building customer relationships and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads in the travel and tourism sector.
- Promote domestic and international tour packages, visa services and travel bookings.
- Develop relationships with individual customers, corporate clients and travel agents.
- Build and maintain B2B and B2C business partnerships.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and sales follow-ups.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.




- Maintain sales reports and customer databases.

Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati and English.
- Strong sales, marketing and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in travel and tourism sales preferred.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and confident personality.
- Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply.
