Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our Inside Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, managing qualified leads, explaining educational programs, and converting leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective students and qualified leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant educational programs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to final enrollment.
- Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversion rates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and enrollment goals.
- Maintain accurate lead records and sales reports using Excel and CRM tools.




- Coordinate with marketing and other internal teams to improve lead conversion and customer experience.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, counselling, or EdTech sales will be an advantage.
