URGENT HIRING – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (BDE)

Job Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Connect with potential clients and follow up on business opportunities.
- Maintain and update lead databases, sales trackers, and client records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare daily reports and track lead conversion.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage data, maintain trackers, and prepare reports.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
