Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, the team member will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a sustainable pipeline of prospective students and institutional partners. The role involves managing client and partner accounts, maintaining relationships, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the student engagement and admission process.

The Business Development

Executive will conduct market research,



participate in events and outreach activities, and collaborate with counseling and marketing teams to drive growth. Daily tasks include meeting prospective clients, presenting One Window’s services, following up on inquiries, and preparing reports on business development activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Recent Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication.
- Relevant experience in education consulting, sales, or business development, preferably in overseas education services.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Comfort with using CRM tools and basic office software for tracking leads and preparing reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
