Business Development Executive - US Healthcare (RCM)

Vision iKnowledge Solutions is a US-based Healthcare RCM company offering End to End Revenue Management services to US healthcare providers.

Role Summary

Generate qualified sales opportunities by reaching out to US healthcare providers via calls and email, and scheduling appointments for the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Cold call to healthcare providers in the US
- Engage Office/Practice Managers and Physicians to introduce our RCM services
- Qualify prospects against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Schedule appointments for the BD team
- Maintain CRM records and send follow-up emails




- Research prospects using online tools and AI assistants
- Meet daily/weekly calling and appointment targets

Requirements

- 1 to 4 years' experience in US Healthcare RCM (AR Calling, Medical Billing, or Provider Services)
- Excellent spoken & written English
- Strong telephone and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working as per US times (night shift in India)
- Basic understanding of medical billing/RCM workflows

Valuable to Have

- Experience in Healthcare BPO/KPO or lead generation
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
