What You’ll Do

- Find and reach potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Speak with prospects to understand their businesses and needs.
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for our clients’ sales teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep sales pipelines organized and active.
- Support LeadRoad’s wider business development efforts.





What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- An educational background in Business, Marketing, Sales, Operations, or a related field.
- Prior experience or interest in inside sales or lead generation.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn about B2B sales.
- A self-motivated, target-driven approach.
